Nkululeko EP and Boiler Room set

Nkululeko, a 6-track compilation EP is South Africa's first all-black and all-queer music collaboration project about songs of queer freedom for Pride 2022. The project brought together artists Umlilo, Gyre, Mx Blouse, Mr Allofit, and Hlasko, and has been featured in a number of South African media. Nkululeko was supported by OneBeat and Future Kwaai Records and facilitated collaboration between these artists in celebrating queer identity and also culminated
in a performance at True Music Studios Boiler Room TV South Africa and a full concert music, dance and VR program co-curated by Umlilo for Legrand Queer Arts Festival.
